From the 1st July 2011, the ambulance levy of around $110 per year, which was charged on all metered electrical accounts in Queensland, has been removed.
This means all Queensland residents will enjoy FREE AMBULANCE cover throughout Australia.
This is good news for Queenslanders, who have been paying this levy for 8 years!
IMPORTANT: Check your next electricity bill, to make sure you are not charged for any ambulance levy from the 1st July 2011.
